Research Pioneers Program

The Research Pioneers Program is a training and coaching opportunity for recently graduated young people or young leaders, like you, interested in acquiring research skills. The program provides invaluable experience and potentially opens the door to an exciting career!

Our goal is to build your research knowledge and make you love it. We help you maneuver a variety of tools and data sets that will enhance your qualitative and quantitative research skills, such as designing innovative data collection and analysis tools that adhere to international best practices, developing research projects, and writing quality evidence-informed reports based on scientific and factual data.

Each experience is unique, and we make sure to involve you in stimulating projects. Through the months, we give you more responsibility and independence. The work environment is welcoming, and we based our training program on combining experiential learning opportunities and team participation.

The intern is placed for six months in Edmaaj for Development & Training Consulting's office, working full time on various challenging projects with a multicultural team.

We believe that the best approach to bring out the full potential of our interns is to fully integrate them into our team by working closely with them on the same projects. Additionally, we include our interns in a variety of educational opportunities and training sessions conducted within the organization itself and provided by external organisations to broaden their knowledge and skills.  As a result, interns will discover working methods and tools used every day.

The learning experience is a journey that should include not only knowledge and skills but also a comprehensive understanding of best practices. During the placement, interns will have the opportunity to be supported by the team. Their work will be carefully considered and reviewed, and we will take the time to give them the benefit of our experience and our best keys to improvement.
